Resolution Timeline
- Acknowledgement of grievance: within 2 working days
- Initial response and assessment: within 7 working days
- Final resolution: within 30 working days from receipt of complaint
If the grievance is complex and requires additional time, we will inform you of the expected resolution timeline with reasons for the delay.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the following regulatory authorities:

You can lodge a complaint on SEBI's SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redressal System) portal:

SCORES facilitates you to lodge a complaint with SEBI and subsequently view its status. This portal allows you to track the status of the complaint resolution process.
For Global Investment Grievances
Complaints related to global investment products facilitated through the Valura platform at GIFT City may be escalated to the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA).
